On October 10, 2022, Gastronometro hosted an unforgettable tasting event for Turkey's gastronomy scene. With the participation of Tarsus Slow Food spokesperson Yasmina Lokmanoğlu and Chef Aylin Yazıcıoğlu, nine different vinegars were examined using a blind tasting method. Detailed evaluations of scent profiles, aromatic structures, and the delicate balance between palate and nose turned every moment of the event into a journey of discovery.
